The swarm of earthquakes and tsunamis that occurred this week in Japan has attracted to know how far you can file a similar situation in our Colombian Caribbean.
After the 4.4 magnitude earthquake with an epicenter just 26.6 miles northeast of Barranquilla, the May 2, 2006, I had the opportunity to share with Group Disaster Study Barranquilla - GDB , A presentation which was modeled the probability of a tsunami in our Caribbean coast, based on two scenarios likely and believable:
The first reference to the tsunami nearest source occurred off Panama in 1886, which has a relatively favorable orientation toward our Caribbean. According to modeling done with simulators, the first wave of this event would reach the coast of Cartagena, where a tide gauge monitoring, in approximately 40 minutes and produce a wave of just over 20 centimeters. 
The second draws on the earthquake of 1843 from distant source in the area of \u200b\u200bthe Lesser Antilles, near the island Antingua. Under this scenario, the gauge of Cartagena submit relevant records after 2 hours of occurrence of the earthquake, with waves increased by 40 centimeters on average.
However the results, which are due to simulations and likely sustained in the historical record, it should be noted that the climate change process has been showing extreme behaviors in the past three decades in relation to natural events potentially generate disasters, to the extent that it requires a process reengineering and standards review.
The context of recent events in Japan, which undoubtedly correspond to mixed events: earthquakes (still active at the time of this writing), tsunamis, man-made of a technological disaster (nuclear power generating plants ) and activation volcanic allow us to define this as a Disaster Complex, where probably the arrival of humanitarian aid and its sustainability will be very difficult and the recovery will take many years, effort, resources and international solidarity. This solidarity must become conscious of the need to improve risk management in our countries, for example, evaluating the benefit of power generation by nuclear plants, compared to the risk that they transform a simple disaster in a complex disaster .
Meanwhile, it is necessary and appropriate strengthening of the Territorial Plans Risk Management, as comprehensive as possible, involving of all involved including the organized community and the naming of the resources needed for implementation.

So when from the inside of a Social Security System in Health and that of our country (Colombia), offered a "universal" coverage for health cards were distributed to everyone, the most vulnerable population took the slightest sign of illness to use your new card, go to health services and by the way, feel less poor, as patient as subsidized regime , a patient becomes visible to the state and society. In short, a health card scheme Subsidized is like having a free ticket to go to the movies, only that during the trip includes some rights or added values \u200b\u200bsuch as popcorn and soda (for the Health System the expensive drugs and complex procedures approved are the exception).
So everyone who gets a license, finish using it (sometimes in excess) and with the huge social debt that has accumulated the poorest people, is almost obvious that high-cost diseases usually appear suddenly and obviously, the weak unbalanced Health System and Social Security.
How to balance Social Security System in Health to prevent the same crisis and to ensure better quality of life for people in a community?
Well as mentioned in the title of this work: The Business Entrepreneurship is the key!
is essential at this point, we return the idea of \u200b\u200bpoverty and low educational level as determinants of health are very close, which in turn promote the cycle of disease in a community and can even cause death. Therefore, in very poor condition can only be controlled properly when education, decent employment and innovation are integrated with health care in the community.
said, there is an essential key to foster a community incorporated these elements. This positive mix of elements that prevent disease, enhance health and boost sustainable development called entrepreneurship.

Invoke or BeginInvoke Can not Be Called on to control Until the window handle has-been created with jQuery background
When installing SQL Server 2008 Express appears this weird error, "Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created", looking around on the web we can find a lot of solutions, some are simple, some are weird but no specific solution works for everyone, the solution was find here , when I read that I think it doesn't have any sense, but the error refers to something with some window... The solution it's simple and weird, when the "Wait" dialog appears, we should click on the window, just set the focus in the dialog every time that appears,
You should click and set the focus on that bastard window everytime it's show... after that you could install SQL SQL Server without any problem... funny and fuck*** error
